Review: Our group arranged a trip for 7 travelers to Morocco in February 2013 with Sarah Tours. All funds including airfare were paid in full, well in advance of the departure date. Sarah Tours cancelled the trip. **. [redacted], the president, told us repeatedly by phone and email that our travelers would be fully reimbursed. We only received approximately one-third of the funds. After one full year of attempts to get the promised refunds, **. [redacted] still owes our company's travelers over $12,000. He has since vanished and rarely communicates with us. We are not entirely sure that Sarah Tours is fully operational. He has begun spending time in Canada, and operates another business there called [redacted]. That business is open and accepts calls. We are told that he is in and out of Canada and Morocco, but is rarely in [redacted], Virginia, the base of operations for Sarah Tours. Other travelers have posted similar complaints online in places such as [redacted].Desired Settlement: We must receive the full amount of $12,355 immediately.
