Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2015/09/14) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
There is a rock garden within 2 feet of breakage which the rock could have landed in....
Birds???Really, the guy was belligerent. As evidence by the rock gardens brick border, the mowers run their tires into the garden so they dont have to trim. Mowers were at the site the day that the tenant noticed the breakage.
The rock are less then 3/4 inch and would have traveled 30' so no, it would most likely not have gone through the window.
This is an attempt to blame nature, the homeowner and everybody else for poor quality/workmanship with no acceptance of liability.
