Review: I bought a part from them. During the buying process, there were no notices or information about the part being a special order. I received it, opened it and tested it, it didn't work. I informed the business of the same and they then informed me that if I would like to return it I could minus a 25% restocking fee, then they added that it must not have been used and that it was a special order part. I returned the part to them and they informed me that they would not refund any money since it was used and special order and would need a shipping label to send it back to me.Desired Settlement: I would like some kind of refund. I don't expect the whole $200 that I paid but half would be better than a broken or unusable part that I would have to try and sell. I paid $165 for the part. I paid $13.78 for shipping to get it to me initially. and another approx. $15 in tax.
