Dear [redacted] ***, I am sorry for the error in evaluating your vehicle which was done by our third party marketing company in which they booked your car based on limited Tuscan with all accessories, we take our customer complaint seriously and try our best to resolve all issues to the best we can, the fact of the matter you bought this car brand new in for $22,before rebate, at one point Hyundai was offering $total rebate on this base GLS model which makes it $21,before tax title and license, and your claim that our marketing company is offering you $22,for this two year old used car, if this is the case we would be completely out of business, you stated to me over the phone that you want to buy the new Hyundai Tuscan with all the added features and an MSRP $over the model you own and pay only $2000, I know you are very intelligent lady and you know the math does not add up at allI am willing to work with you but I am not anywhere close to your numbersYou told me over the phone that you are very happy with your Tuscan and all you need is a backup camera, I told you I can help you with labor and I also told you this particular accessary (rear view mirror) comes with home link and compass as part of this Hyundai accessaryTo me it seems it is not just the value of your car it is also the value of our car and that is why we cannot come to termsMy offer still stand to trade you out of your car to [redacted] with back up camera and only $trade difference Thanks,

rebates, the offer was sent out to [redacted] by our third party marketing company was for $22,800 which is $300 over what she originally bought it for, the Marketing company booked her car based on 2013 limited loaded with all option. [redacted] is extremely happy with her car, all she needed is a backup camera, and we are trying to find out if it is possible to add a backup camera to her car.

I am willing to work with you but I am not anywhere close to your numbers. You told me over the phone that you are very happy with your 2013 Tuscan and all you need is a backup camera, I told you I can help you with labor and I also told you this particular accessary (rear view mirror) comes with home link and compass as part of this Hyundai accessary. To me it seems it is not just the value of your car it is also the value of our car and that is why we cannot come to terms. My offer still stand to trade you out of your car to 2015 [redacted] with back up camera and only $6000 trade difference.
