Review: On June **, 2013, I met up with an old friend for dinner at what was once one of my favorite places to eat, Sapporo. I've been going to this establishment for over fifteen years. I ordered my usual vegetable ramen soup. Only this time, it was different and tasted strange. My friend ordered the same as I did, but she received the right one. I tasted the soup and didn't like it. I told the waitress this is not what I usually get. I explained the soup didn't taste right. Also, there are thin noodles instead of thick noodles I usually get. I told the waitress, I want the same soup as my friend, which is what I normally get. She proceeded to tell me I asked for soy base and not miso. I said I have ordered the soy based before and it never came with thin noodles nor did it taste the way it did. The waitress proceeded to bring a man who I'm guessing was the manager. But instead of accomodating my request, he started to dispute with me in front my friend and everyone in the restuarant. It was most embarrassing, especially given the fact that I invited my friend. He insisted that I made the mistake. He said I ordered wrong and he can show me on the menu. I finally had enough and told him I do not like the soup and I'm not going to eat it and want it replaced with the same soup as my friend. He didn't want to do this. I had to tell him I would pay for both soups in order to get the soup I wanted. He wound up charging me for both soups and now I want a refund for the trouble and embarrassment I endured. Hasn't he ever heard of the saying, the customer is always right. He was not accomodating at all and handled the situation in a demeaning way. I am requesting a refund.Desired Settlement: I am requesting an apology and a refund.
