We, as a business, have been dealing with Gregory Turlington from Sapphire Tech. for over 6 months now. Since June we have been waiting for a replacement device that was promised to us, as per our contracted agreement. The few times that we were able to get ahold of Gregory, he assured us each time that the replacement device was on its way and even provided delivery dates. It have been months, still no device. When you call Gregory Turlington at Sapphire Tech, typically you receive no answer, no call back, no response to voice messages, no response to emails. We haven't even received replacement toner for our current device and that is part of the contract agreement.

Horrible Customer Service!! Can't even hold up to the agreement!! It is now October 8th 2016 and we have here in our hotel a Multi-function Oki data device that doesn't even work and still wondering where this replacement device is that was promised to us.

The fax machine/copier that we received from this company has had constant issues. Gregory T[redacted] would have to come out and "fix" the issues, but the issues kept coming back.

We finally asked that we get a new fax/copier. we have been waiting for 3 weeks now. No return phone calls from him, and this has hurt our business. We cannot send a multi documented fax without scanning each page unable to use the top feature to send multiple pages at once.
