Review: They charged my account $111 before the 10 days did not disclose billing policy until after submitted credit card info and processed order. Misleading

I saw an ad to try a free ecig kit with 5 refills for free all you have to do is pay the shipping of $4.95. I signed up. After I put in my credit card info and processed the order then it tells me you have 10 days to try this product if you dont like it call us if you do not we will charge you one time for your next refills. Okay, so I get the kit and 4 days after I get the kit they charge my account $111. First off it has not been 10 days. I call and as soon as they know it is a complaint their computers are down suddenly they will have to call me back, which they have not. Then I email customer support and they say my 10 days has started the day I ordered it. The material in closed with the kit says try this for 10 days if you do not like it call us toll free and cancel your next shipment. Still it has only been 4 days since I got it. I want a full refund and now they are telling me they already shipped the refills and I have to return them and the kit and I will be charged for what ever I used in the free trial kit. It is misleading it is a trick and I want my Money refunded..... all of itDesired Settlement: I want the $111 refunded into my account upon returning the refills they sent before my 10 day trail ended and not to be charged for the free trial that I did not even try for 10 days. And I do not want them charging my account EVER again they do not have my permission to charge my account ever again
