Review: on Monday December 17 2012i ordered what I thought was a $ 4.95 cost... an e cigarette starter kit...then I found out that was just a trial and in 14 days they would charge...my credit card 99.95 for the product...I canceled my order within one hour of placing order...before posssible shipment of order # 17110 to bill wallace....but the company said they would not stop shipment...and I would have to pay to return the product...and they would not accept return to sender unopened box...because no RMA number...this is a scam wjth total cost hidden in terms and conditionsDesired Settlement: I want the company to stop shipment...or I want them to pay for me to ship product back to them

Ok, I fell for the 14 day-trial, didnt read the fine print saying I would be billed for $100. Totally understandable, right? I was just excited to find a good deal on an electric cigarette. When 2 packages came in the mail, I should have known I would get a huge charge. I immediately tried to call and cancel, but they weren't open yet. So, fearing that I would get another unexpected charge, I looked on the site and found a "quick cancel" link. Little did I know (And I don't recall seeing any of this info as I went through and "accepted that I will not seek a refund") once I used the "quick cancel" that I would be locked out of their system and there is no way for me to get my money back. I called and said "I just want to ship this product back to you and get my money back" and they said "sorry, we can't do that because you used the quick cancel link." I've never heard anything so absurd in my life. They are preying on the disjointed thoughts of people that just quit smoking with the help of their crappy product.
