I hand a monthly recurring order for coffee, I was charged $33.75 in May, never received the order, did not get a reply to emails, same charge In June
I had a recurring order for coffee, I was charged in May $33.75 and in June, $33.75. After the May charges I repeatedly inquired about my order and never received an email reply. Also the phone number for customer service now goes to a fax.
Refund of $67.50 for two orders never received
Placed an order and took a month to get 'shipped'. Just says that a shipping label has been created. No updates. Have emailed multiple times for any updates and have never gotten a response back. The did for sure take my money. This company is a scam. Buyer beware.
Placed first order on 4-25-20 & got suckers into the "Coffee Club." Now there have been several purchases made but no product delivered! REFUND MY $!

I got suckered into the "Coffee Club" & there have been several purchases made & still no product delivered. I've emailed them several times & no response or my request to cancel my orders have been ignored. Now I want a FULL REFUND on all my orders and CANCEL MY COFFEE CLUB SUBSCRIPTION!

In the past, they were great. Now, no updates, no responses. nothing. $50 down the drain.
I've ordered from them several times and had zero issues, but a month ago I put in an order and nothing. Tried email, calling, nothing. Got someone on *** Messenger, they verified my address, and then nothing. Their phone number is off the hook, apparently. Look I get it, times are crazy right now, but at the very least they could've emailed their customers about what was happening.
Since they are incapable of fulfilling orders, I would like a full refund.
I ordered Santos Coffee Cubes online for a shipping cost of $4.99 that was charged to my debit card 3/2020. Its 4/2020 & I never received the coffee.
I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY COFFEE CUBES THAT I WAS CHARGED ON MY DEBIT CARD FOR $4.99 OVER A MONTH AGO.

Non-receipt of product.
I notice complaints of non-receipt of Santo Cubes from several months ago. There has been no change. Happily, thru***, I ordered only the sample cubes for $2.00 shipping. (I do hope there is no surprise auto-ship) I have not received an email from Santo for some time, and the two I did receive were deceiving in that 'your order' was indicated on the email header. Upon opening the email, there was no longer a reference to 'your order'.
In the Santo video regarding changing addresses if needed, he did mention he had to figure out shipping. Apparently never figured out.
I of course would like delivery of the product I have been looking forward to try. However, with the lack of delivery of the product or lack of customer service contact that are also in other customer complaints, if I am to receive Santo Cubes I will not place any additional orders.
I placed an order in February and said it was being shipped. There was no tracking or anything. I contacted them multiple times by website email and through reply initial email. The only response I had received was to wait it should be on its way maybe a few days late and that they would send a new order out, not sure what happened and would be there in a few days. I Waite's more than an additional couple days to a week and nothing. I asked for a refund, no reply or money back for order. I would not recommend them! This has been about 2 months and counting.
Shipping doubled but they didn't let you see you total before ordering
I placed an order for a sample, their website offered additional items to add to your order but then the shipping ended up being more than double they did not let you see that before your order was placed so I canceled right away and I still have not received a refund. It has been several messages back-and-forth I have contacted my bank they said they have looked it up but there's nothing they can do.
I would like my money refunded
When a costumer places an order, there's a button that says "continue to shipping". There, the customer decides whether the shipping fee is affordable or not. We do not control shipping fees nor do we make money out of it. The customer placed an order then asked for a refund. The refund was made just a few minutes after the order was placed.
Attached we have some evidence.

Never received my order, nor a refund for it.
I have supported them in their kickstarter, and received the products, and they were very good, so then I ordered more from their website. Order #***, May 07, 2019. As of today (February 19, 2020), the order still appears as "Unfullfilled" in their website. I've sent them many emails about it, and tried contacting them through other social media, and never got a response. However they seem to still send me promotions and marketing campaigns, which is enfuriating, since they probably keep scamming more and more people.
Either I get my order plus something in form of an apology, or just a complete refund.

So I have recurring orders I cannot modify or cancel and I have no way of contacting them. At this point all I can do is cancel the credit card and file credit card complaint.
I would like to get my product and be refunded for the extra shipping charge. I would also like a response on how to contact them. Also, want the website fixed so that recurring orders can be modifed.

I think waiting a year for a $35.00 add on holiday pack from last Christmas is definitely not okay. No response from company after sending multiple messages to their email, f* messenger, & posts on their page in multiple posts. No reply. Tried on & off periodically since last Christmas 2018. Phone number was a beeping fax machine. Based on the complaints on their f* and here on Revdex.com it is clearly a problem. It has been a year since I started complaining.
I saw a Facebook ad for Santo Cubes. I clicked on the ad and bought a sample back. After it was promised to be delivered they never sent it.
My order number for Santo Cubes sample package is #***. I spent a total of $4.10. My order date was on June 13, 2019. It has been nearly a month and I have not receieved my Santo Cubes sample pack.
My email states the following from the company dated on June 13, 2019: "
Thank you for your purchase!
Hi ***, thanks for ordering Santo Coffee Cubes, we are very glad and we really appreciate you as a new or returning customer. We are now processing your order, please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been shipped and thanks for trusting Santo as your new Coffee Experience."
As stated above my order was supposed to be shipped within 2-3 business days. I never received a following email. I never received my product.
I want them to refund the money. I attempted to contact them via email and Facebook. They never replied to either of those.
My cubes were finally mailed to my house today on
August 8, 2019.
After multiple attempts to get a hold of a CSR, I still am without products for which I paid.
In December 2018, I placed an add-on order for some Santo Coffee Cubes. The shipments were drastically delayed, which is not out of the ordinary for startups. However, shortly after my purchase, there were red flags. Mostly, nobody would respond to any inquiries to the company (there is a Santo community that the founders started in order to communicate with customers, except they did just the opposite). By February, there were major problems in that many people including myself had not yet received their orders. I did receive about half of my order in March. When I inquired about a $40 add-on, a surrogate for the company did reply saying that I did expect the rest of my shipment within 3-4 days. Well, it's now almost June, and still nothing. I have continued to inquire regularly, still to no response and no refund and no order fulfillment.
I'm really turned off from the company now, and have no desire for the rest of my order. I'm requesting a full refund of the $40 I paid for the unshipped portion of my order.
Ordered and paid for goods on November 15, 2018. Have never received the product, any tracking information, or any replies to my e-mails.

Received e-mails during February and March saying all orders were being fulfilled with tracking information sent. I still have not received any tracking information or my order. Smaller orders started shipping well over a month ago, & I have still not received my order. I have attempted to contact Santo numerous times, email directly to the company(now bouncing back as bad address), email through kickstarter, phone calls (line has been changes to a fax), facebook posts, facebook messenger, all to no avail.
I would like my product or, a complete refund.

I ordered these cubes that this company stated and I would like to see the product and apparently they keep stating there late there underway blaw blaw blaw and its very irritating all this talk and no action, now do mind you that I paid for sum of these cubes like in july sometime and now we in december WTH is going on, These people show themselves to the news television and like WHERE IS MY ORDER DO I GET A RESPONSE NOOO and I would never ever get coffee from these people ever!

Was promised a sample pack with estimated shipping of 12/18 and have not heard anything from company since 12/10/18. Have been in communication with other customers who also have not received any product or communication.

This is a Kickstarter funded company. As of 12/31/18 the project has been funded and the premiums that were promised with the pledges supporting the project have not been received. However the anticipated ship date was mid to late December. The funding drive ended November 15 so it has only been a little more than one month since the production funding ended.
I am a supporter of the project and am not worried about the delay. I have waited months for other projects to send out their premiums after the funding period was finished. A couple of weeks is nothing with this type of crowd funded project.
