Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I left the hospital because the doctor refused me service after I criticized his practice colleague;NO ONE interpreted the at the tests they ran except me;Santiam Hospital has made no made no adjustments to the bill and as of two weeks ago were threatening me with collections;I have been receiving calls from collection agency for over a week now Sincerely, [redacted] ***
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sherri S [redacted] is the individual with whom I discussed the problem originally. I spoke with her both on the telephone twice and sent her a 5 page letter detailing the problems I encountered. Genny B [redacted] as Quality and Patient Safety Coordinator knew of the problem since she was involved in a proported internal review of the lack of delivery of services in the ER. Neither of these individuals seem to have made any effort to resolve the situation in the last 5 months, why would they start now? This especially since Santiam Hospital is now threatening me with a collection agency. To give you a clearer picture picture of why I don't believe that you will have any effect in getting this business to resolve the complaint, I have attached my letter to Ms Sherri S***, Chief Nursing Officer. Sincerely, [redacted] ***
