We had the opportunity to speak to the customer, we apologized about the unfortunate incident that occurred at our location and she was very kind and understandingWe assured her we would make changes in our credit system to avoid this misunderstanding in the futureShe expressed how much she appreciated our efforts in making things right for our loyal customersWe agreed on the desired settlement as well as mail her a gift card to be used at any Santiago’s location, in order to gain her trust back as a customerWe gave her our direct contact information if she ever has any concerns
