I was the one who actually told the consumer to file a complaint with the BAR or Revdex.com. I included his invoice that he signed where it shows that the consumer declined the diagnostic. So there was no way to...
really know what was wrong with the vehicle since he refused the diagnostic. He came in mentioning that he knew what was wrong with his car, and had the parts and coils that needed to be replaced. As you can see in the invoice the total amount was $100.00, not $350.00 so I do not owe him anything. I did what was asked of us from him. This whole issue has gotten way out of hand, where this consumer has threatened my life and has even tried to run me over. There was no diagnostic done, and he signed it, so there will be no refund.”
Thank you,

Review: On 5-6-2016 I went to [redacted] because my check engine light was on. [redacted] stated I needed a tune up an told me what parts to go get. So as I went to pick my car up within a hour, I left his shop an my check engine light was back within 2 minutes of leaving his shop. As I went back to [redacted] he stated he did not know whats going on, wrote me a receipt an gave me a $100 at that time.
So the next day I took my car to a certified lexus dealership an had a full diagnostic done. They told me that only the 3 front spark plugs were changed, an that the 3 rear spark plugs has not even been touched. So when I called [redacted] an asked about it. He ask me why am I even looking in the back of the engine. Also when I picked my car up from [redacted] the 1st time. He only showed 3 spark plugs that he took out. He never showed me all 6 spark plugs. Lexus stated that I only needed a sensor, not a tune upDesired Settlement: Either he can give me all my money back, or really I just want what I paid for, an that's a full tune up. With all my spark plugs changed if he's willing to do the work. Thank you
