I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Robin F* as well as Santi Express guaranteed a service they did not follow thru upon With regards to the damage on my car, I was NOT instructed to note the damage to my car on the Vehicle Inspection Report because there was not a representative from Nationwide here to tell me soYou contracted a thrird party tow company from Idaho that wanted nothing to do with the situation and told me to sign in order to get my car off the truckI called Nationwide and Matt K*** advised that I get a form from the Claims Deptwhich I didI noted all the damage along with photos on the proper paperworkI also did the same thing with WheatonI followed all the instructions I was told within hours.Robin F* also is failing to mention that if there was damange to my car she would personally pay because of the fact that she did not schedule my car when it should have been scheduled on an inside carrierSanti Express refuses to acknowledge their mistakes and their apologize is not acceptedI have a witness for that phone call. Their company has the worst reviews and so many complaints because of their actions to follow thru and schedule properlyThis move was researched since February and was paid for in March and the move was in MayI acknowledge that my household goods and car were delivered but there was damage to my car!I paid an absurd amount for my car and household goods to travel together on an inside carrier and that was not metTherefore I do not accept your apologySending me a $check to silence the situation is cheapBUT as a company with lawyers and money you will win and be done and get on with your lifeYou do not care about respect for customer service or etiquette. *** *** ***

Dear [redacted]: Your complaint filed with the Revdex.com of Metropolitan New York has been received and a copy was forwarded to my attention for review and response. Your complaint states that Santi Express failed to follow through with the order for service to move your...

household items and your automobile from Closter, NJ to Puyallup, WA. During our conversations leading up to your relocation, we discussed the fact that Santi Express would make every attempt to transport your household items and your auto (enclosed) on the same truck. However, you were advised that if there was not available capacity to ship both on the same truck - your auto would be transported on an automobile carrier - and that is what occurred with your shipment. Your household items and your auto were loaded on separate carriers on April **, 2016. Your household items were delivered on May *, 2016, and your auto was delivered on May **, 2016. Both delivery dates were within the agreed delivery date spread (May *, 2016 - May **, 2016) as listed on the Order for Service - and signed for by you. The automobile carrier had you review the condition of your car both before and after transport. You signed the Vehicle Inspection Report at the time of delivery - and made no notation of new transit damage to your car. Therefore, your claim for damage was denied.Your complaint also states that you are not disputing the entire amount of your charges - $3,663.35. This amount was for the transportation of both your household items ($1,741.17) and your automobile ($1,921.88) - although from previous communication, it does not appear that you were disputing the services received in the household goods portion of your shipment.Please accept my apologies that you experienced any difficulties with your relocation.
