We understand how much you love celebrating Christmas, and how important it is to have a beautiful tree as the centerpiece of your family traditions. Santa’s Best has a rich legacy--more than 120 years--of delivering on the promise of making the holidays bright for our customers. Unfortunately, they fell short of fulfilling that promise. We want to express our sincerest apologies for the product that didn't live up to your expectations. They closed their doors in June 2019.
We have only licensed the “Santa’s Best” name. Which means that liabilities and warranties from previous purchases have not carried over. At this time, all we can recommend is you try to contact the retail location to see if they can assist in anyway. We unfortunately do not have on hand any parts or components for their trees.
Thank you,
Veronica -Customer service representative.

No wonder people have been having such a hard time getting ahold of them. Funny thing is, their website is still up and you can buy trees and other decorations from them.
This Christmamiddle lights on the tree went out. A $900 tree should at last work for fours years! We haven’t even gotten one. I’ve left multiple messages but now their phone number doesn’t even allow you to leave a message.
Santa’s Best are to Christmas trees what Yugo was to cars...a scam.
DON’T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.
I will be happy to remove this review if they respond and fix their tree. QVC has refunded us half of the cost, but I’m still out $450 for a crappy tree. Submitted 12/31/20.
I would give them no stars...but if their tree worked it would look nice.
I have same problem with 9ft tree purchased 2019. QVC did not help and no response from Santas Best customer service. Getting in touch with Better Business Bureau. No one should buy their trees. QVC should not sell Santas Best again.
I bought a 9.5 ft Splendor. Have all documentation that I was supposed to receive a new tree for this season. Now they tell me no. There ad brags about 120 years of trees but tell me they only lease the SantasBest name and not the liabilities.
I purchased a 6 1/2 ft prelit Santas Best xmas tree from QVC 2 years ago. This year the remote did not work. I have called customer service for a week and have left an e-mail for them to contact me. I have not received a response. I would not recommend this product to anyone! Customer service does not exist and now I am left with a 400$ tree that does not work:(
I purchased a i7.5 Slendor fir at Home Depot. It started malfunctioning 2 years ago. I thought it was malfunctioning because a screw had come apart in the antenna in remote. I contacted customer service to get new antenna. It was sent to me but arrived after the holidays and tree was put away. Pulled tree out this year to setup and new remote will not sync with tree. Tried to call customer service, no answer, tried to email, no answer. I have a beautiful tree that doesn't work and I have been trying to resolve issue for 2 years. I love my tree. Come on guys. How do I get assistance?
Visit Santa's Best's Facebook page. They are under new ownership and have decided any previous customers with trees still under warranty are no longer valid. I would have never purchased a $400 tree without a warranty. If we can get enough people to speak out on, maybe we can finally get someone to help us. We need as many people as possible to post on their Facebook page to get them to hear us.

Our 7.5' Santa's Best Splendor Spruce started malfunctioning during the holidays last year, 2018. After taking it down we contacted customer services and we were promised a replacement tree. Now we are being told that Santa's Best closed business as of June of this year and that all liabilities and warranties from previous purchase are not carried over because Santa's Best is under new ownership, so were stuck with a very expensive non-functioning tree. So I would not recommend that anyone purchase a "Santa's Best" tree under any circumstances, or you'll get stuck for a "Santa's POS" tree!
I would strongly suggest commenting publicly on the Santa's Best Facebook page. Like you said, they are under new ownership and have decided any previous customers with trees still under warranty are no longer "their problem" and I think maybe it's time we make them listen. When we buy a home, we have to inherit all of the problems that come along with it, even if they are the fault of the previous owner. Why don't they do the right thing? Profits over people.
If we can get enough people to speak out on, maybe we can finally get some help.

I have been trying continuously for the past few months to reach Santa's Best, but to no avail. They ask you to leave a message, which I do, and still no one has contacted me. I was promised a new tree last January because the lights on my tree are defective. Also, tried QVC where I bought the tree; and they are completely useless. Come on Santa's Best, live up to your name!

we have been trying for a year to get our defective tree replaced but up till today have not got a replacement tree. When we call the customer service number all we get is an answering machine and no one has ever returned our phone calls
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Collette did not have any physical proof of purchase. The receipt she emailed us was not for a Christmas Tree. However, we called her today and offered her a new tree to replace her tree. She was happy with the outcome. This tree will ship to her sometime this week.
We upgraded the customer to a 51 function tree. Her tree purchased in 2014 was a 49 function tree. The 51 function tree is being shipped today, 01/12/18.
We sent a free plug on 10/25 and did follow up with a phone call. Customer's spider is now working.
