Santarelli and Sons Oil

I was fueling my suv on 8/1/2019 at around 6am. I stopped the nozzle on $19.96 removed nozzle from vehicle turned to holster nozzle & money meter was still moving. No gas was leaking or coming from nozzle. I holstered nozzle & money meter stopped at $20.09. I contacted *** corporate office. No response as of yet. I contacted weights & measures of Pa. they are sending a technician out to look at pump. I also had a breach to my credit card from using it on the pump. I contacted my bank & I'm in the process of making a police report.
