Review: [redacted] came to our residence on 2/20/2015 and gave us an estimate of $800.00 for a cement work. On that day, he removed the grass in a small area that we wanted cemented. That day, he ask for half of the money, and we wrote him a $400 check. The following day, he came to finish the form and said he would comeback to pour the cement on Monday morning, however, before he left, he ask for the rest of the money, and we gave him the other $400, which cover the full payment. Monday came, and he never showed up. Up to this day and numerous phone calls, he never responded.Note: If we paid him upfront, is because [redacted] had done some work for us in the past, and that's why we trusted him...we were wrong to pay him the full amount before him finishing the job..Desired Settlement: We would want him to refund us the full amount, even do he did removed the grass and placed the forms...
