addition my company went above and beyond our responsibilities making untold additional visits attempting to resolve problems for which we had no responsibility. The pool was empty and with broken plumbing upon my initial arrival at the job site, making it impossible to verify any function of pool equipment or leakage of the pool prior to performing repairs. The claimant understood that any testing could only be performed after the plumbing was repaired and the pool filled with water. The claimant declined to proceed with testing for verification of equipment operation prior to performing any major work. The claimant has not proven to my satisfaction that we are responsible for any defects in workmanship with regard to pool leakage. The claimant has failed to identify the source of any alleged leaks for our consideration as to whether or not we are responsible for such leaks. Furthermore I cannot accept responsibility for the failure of 30 year old plastic parts, which I have no proof actually worked before my arrival at the job site. For those reasons I have refused to perform any further work without proof of my responsibility for any workmanship defects.
