We sent a free plug on 10/and did follow up with a phone call Customer's spider is now working
Collette did not have any physical proof of purchase The receipt she emailed us was not for a Christmas Tree However, we called her today and offered her a new tree to replace her tree She was happy with the outcome This tree will ship to her sometime this week
We upgraded the customer to a function tree Her tree purchased in was a function tree The function tree is being shipped today, 01/12/
We were waiting for an invoice copy from the customer for our warranty process. The customer refused to send us any documentation. The customer was very rude and used unkind language. We did send out the tree section today via *** 2nd day. *** Tracking # ***
We called the customer and are replacing the defective sections. She was pleased with this

We had a delay in receiving our replacement parts from our overseas factory. We did send out the replacement tree sections B & D today, 02/10/17. *** Estimated delivery date is Tuesday, 02/by end of day
