Review: The shop rebuilt my transmission and when they did they removed the computer chip that runs all the electrical devices and they did not put the chip back in the car. They said it was being fixed and would be back and they would put it back in the car over a month ago. The chip has not shown up and the electrical devices are not working. I have a car that is missing it's computer chip and they went in through the glove box to remove it as well. I have photos of it all. They gave me back my car with this main part missing from my car.Desired Settlement: I would like to take the car to the dealership and have them put the computer chip in the car and for Santa Paula Auto Center to pay for the missing chip that is replaced. The cost can be up to $1,000 for the missing computer chip.
