Santa Monica Local Movers

I used this moving company for two moves in the past few months. During the first move there was damage to two of my items, and one piece of furniture was lost somehow. On the second move they severely damaged two items which now need to be replaced. I have sent numerous emails and called Nino multiple times to file an insurance claim. They keep saying someone will call me, no one does. The insurance seems to be completely bogus and the customer service is terrible.

It appears that this company name may be new since their US DOT number is registered to a company called LA PROM which was also the name on the side of the truck.
