Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11816315, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me This is in regards to the claim made with you on Monday, November 7, On Wednesday, November 9, M [redacted] left a voice mail for my husband F [redacted] to call him back.F [redacted] returned the callMrJ*** first stated that they received the letter from the Revdex.com and stated that the General manager was very upset that we pursued it with the Revdex.com(we had previously tried to speak with them and came to no resolve regarding reimbursement or service on our vehicles) he then stated that the reason they couldn't service our cars was that the contracts were under our daughters name My husband informed him that we had invoice receipts with our names on them from all the previous oil changes, which leads us to believe that somehow it was changedHe implied that our daughter had changed itMy husband told him that couldn't be true as my daughter no longer worked thereMrJ [redacted] then offered us $ My husband requested that either they service our cars there or reimburse us for the total amount $ The call endedAt 5:14pm M [redacted] from Santa Maria Chrysler called to speak with f

Due to a miscommunication, we found that our initial decision was incorrect. We have agreed to honor the remaining oil changes on the three vehicles that have been documented in our system.
