We would first like to apologize for the delayed responseIt appears as though all documentation was sent to a previous manager/management company [redacted] moved into our community on November 17, [redacted] *** came into the office and stated that she was going to be enrolling into college and she would be living in a dorm thereOn November 8, MsTyree signed her intent to vacate and listed her forwarding address as [redacted] ***She also informed us that she was not giving us a day notice as she as already vacated her apartment homeWe have sent numerous of letters to the said address, addressing the charges and/or damages to her apartment home here at [redacted] ***These letters informed [redacted] that if payment was received by January 8, that her account would soon be turned over for collectionsThis account has been turned over to our collection agency

college and she would be living in a dorm there. On November 8, 2017 Ms. Tyree signed her intent to vacate and listed her forwarding address as [redacted]. She also informed us that she was not giving us a 30 day notice as she as already vacated her apartment home. We have sent numerous of letters to the said address, addressing the charges and/or damages to her apartment home here at [redacted]. These letters informed [redacted] that if payment was received by January 8, 2018 that her account would soon be turned over for collections. This account has been turned over to our collection agency.
