Santa Fe Vacation Rentals

I have rented from Santa Fe Vacation Rentals twice, working with Donna. She is very helpful and charming, until she runs your credit card and then becomes extremely unprofessional and even rude. The first rental had leaks in the roof and rain poured into the living room. We had buckets for days and she wouldn't move us or even help. For weeks we had contractors at the property fixing the roof. It was horrible. 2nd rental resulted in being told on several occasions that work needed to be done inside the house. Our privacy was invaded throughout our 2 month stay without any consideration. There was supposed to be a BBQ, it took her 3 weeks to get one. She charged my credit card for hundreds of dollars - several times for unauthorized charges - without prior notice or discussion. She is all about the money and will nickel and dime you without you knowing about it. She is truly the most unprofessional and uncaring and rude woman. DO NOT RENT from her - she is a nightmare.
