[redacted]. We had received call to recover a vehicle that was stolen ([redacted]’s vehicle). We then held her car waiting for her to be notified that it was stolen. We legally have 15 days to let a customer know that we have their vehicle. We have many cars that go in and out of our lot daily so this vehicle slipped through the cracks. After a year, she was notified and came to pick up her vehicle. She received her car back at no cost to her, we waived all fee’s due to the mistake. Thank you!
