Yes I wanted Santa Fe to pick up the tank when it was empty I had 20+ percent left in the tankI was willing to pay the lease
However they picked it up without notifying me

Not sure why there are so many ID#’s for the same one
2-26-Yearly Lease billed for the propane tank they were leasing from Santa Fe Propane
4-17-we called for non-payment of the lease
*** said she mailed the check and ended the conversation she was switching companies and would contact us to pick up tank
5-13-we called again and left a message to call the office for past due lease still unpaid
5-20-*** called to have us pick up the tank
6-6-we picked up her tank per her request
Per our lease agreement there are no refunds on any lease or gas in the tank

As stated before the customer called our office on 5-20-13 @ 10:52 and requested the tank be picked up.  We picked up the tank on 6-6-13 per the customer’s request.  The lease on the tank was past due 90 days and was never paid.  We simply did what was requested by the customer.

As stated before the customer called our office on 5-20-13 @ 10:52 and requested the tank be picked up.  We picked up the tank on 6-6-13 per the customer’s request.  The lease on the tank was past due 90 days and was never paid.  We simply did what was requested by the customer.
