Santa Fe Power Equipment

This is a complaint against Santa Fe Power Equipment, I took my riding lawnmower tractor in for service June, I was told the service would be completed in one week, after 2 weeks waiting I had to call and check the status, at the point the sales associate CJ told me all the parts were on back order and coming from china and no idea when they would be arriving. I received a phone call from Santa Fe Power Equipment the last week of July that it was ready for pick up, I picked up the tractor July 31, once arriving home I started the tractor and a loud banging noise was coming from the mower, I shut it off and took it to a near by local mechanic, after inspecting it, it turned out that it was a incorrect blade wrong size and a Murry Parts blade not a special order part. The blade was installed using washers because the spindle hole on the blade was too large for the spindle. I called Santa Fe Power Equipment to see if they could make it right and wasn't asking for a full refund of the 375 I spent to get it serviced just a refund of the blade and labor to install the blade because it was incorrect, CJ told me he is not going to issue me a refund because I would have to bring it in for them to inspect it, which made no sense because I had already payed someone else to replace the blade. I mentioned to CJ that I have pictures of the blade and under the tractor and that I could send him the photos, at that point he told me to act like a grown up and bring in the tractor cause he would not believe my photos. CJ's customer service was completely horrible and represents Santa Fe Power Equipment negatively.
