I am rejecting this response because:Hello I have been  in the middle of a move the past few weeks.I read the message. The company was not honest about the records of phone calls.I want a full refund, I do not want coupons, I do not smoke their brand any longer as a result of the horrible customer service I rec'd What do I need to do to make that happen?[redacted]
