First, Super Computrt LLC was terminated years ago We are now Santa Fe IT Professionals Inc DBA/ Supercomputers We are not at *** *** ** *** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** Rd This person came in with a macbook with overheating errors, a shutdown warning
and a browser script error We serviced the CPU cooling fan and heat sink, removing a large amount of dust and debris , redid the heat sink with new thermal paste and updatad the browser This is all we did No mention of slow was made in relation to the work order I mentioned that it was an older mac and I had some refurbished ones that were newer and faster This person never called about being dissatisfied with our service or I would have told them to bring it back and we would see what could be done We stand behind our work 100% and I never turn away customers I have been in the retail computer business for over years I think I have or bad reviews on social media but you can't please everyone As to the accusation of racial comments, I have no idea what she is talking about I only have one tech and we get along great I don't like people who make things up because they think it will give them some sort of leverage Those remarks are slanderous and I have contacted my attorney about filing suit I was always taught that if you had a problem with a business you should always go back to the business and tell them the problem As for the charges, We had to disassemble the bottom of the laptop and take out the fan and heatsink which is a major jobThis got rid of the overheating and the shupdown msg generated by the OSWe updated her programs and Tha got rid of the script error and we charged hrs total time and it should been Feel free to call and talk to my tech, Joel if you want confirmation
