I do not accept this response. You have not addressed that I originally paid for a show of simply the [redacted], which I was under the assumption would be the entire show. You added [redacted] after I initially purchased my tickets. If we look at another similar company that holds Live Theatre productions as well, [redacted], you will see that their shows run 60 minutes for the MAIN AND ONLY act PLUS a 15 minute intermission. ([redacted]) This being said, the [redacted] only performed for less than 20 minutes with no intermission. I will state again: I was buying a ticket to see the [redacted] NOT opening acts like [redacted] originally. Still false advertising in my books!
