In February 2018, I remitted over $for troubleshooting and repairing of a residential electric water heater for incidents of 'No Hot Water'The water heater was originally installed by Santa Cruz Pipefitters, so I went back to the company for maintenance Per Santa Cruz Pipefitters's technician, the evaluation effort revealed the need to get an thermostat replacement kit due to burned out element(s) Within six days of the completed thermostat replacement work, the heater "fix" completely failed and the company was informed of the situation As such, contracting services for maintenance failed (i.e., services provided were not as described and defective)Nevertheless, Santa Cruz Pipefitters proceeded to charge the client for a second time for the full cost its defective worksmanship (minus cost of new water heating product, which was still under original manufacturer's warranty) As communicated to Santa Cruz Pipefitters? owner, I am more than happy to pay for quality pr
