Santa Barbara Zoological Gardens

Not very pleased. Says when you order zoo membership online takes two weeks for passes to arrive by mail. After two weeks I left messages to business office for few days in a row to find out where my passes are with no return call. Called today and membership staff just laughs and says woops forgot.to send them will send today. No explanation or apology to me the member at all. Then I call back to ask will I not be charged for parking so long as I show ID they can find me in system and some rep. says "she Guesses" that I most likely will pay parking but will be reimbursed at park window inside . Lazy workers and very disorganized. And I have run into rude workers last year I visited as a member. Need to retrain entire staff or fire and hire new people. I only continue to go because my toddler loves animals and it's the closest zoo park to us so that's convenient.
