Review: I bought a couples massage on Living Social to surprise my wife with a relaxing day after our long trip. I scheduled my appointment to the day after my vacation ended. Plane was delayed, no control of mine, so I missed my appointment and tried to reschedule. The rude lady I spoke to told me my voucher was forfeited and there was nothing I could do. So I asked if there was even a way I could pay a missed appointment fee which is normally like $25, she said I could buy another voucher and try again. REALLY? That's how you treat a new customer? I work in the service industry as a Master Barber and I know that its a pain when customers miss an appointment, but you make your customers happy so they do come back, not tell them to get lost! I wouldn't go to this place now even if they paid me to come! Was really looking forward to going..Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the service. It is not legal to forfeit a persons money for an appointment missed especially due to travel, car accident or sickness. Their policy is against the law.

Bought a Groupon to use at the Wine Spa. They never could book a time for us. Month after month it was the same thing "we are not booking next month yet" and when they finally are booking it was " we are fully booked, check again next month". A real scam!
