Santa Barbara Screen & Shade

Review: We purchased roller shades from Santa Barbara Screen and Shade and paid for them in full on 2-14-2013. The shades were installed this Spring 2013. Shortly after they were installed we noticed that one of the shades was fraying on the left side. We called Santa Barbara Screen and Shade and the same person who sold us the blinds came out and looked at them. His first comment was that they were installed incorrectly. We told him that regardless of who installed them, all the work was coordinated by Santa Barbara Screen and Shade and that we wanted the blind replaced. He said he would have the installer call us to come out and look at them. The installed didn't call and after two weeks I called Santa Barbara Screen and Shade again. This problem has not been resolved nor has anyone from the company called to coordinate correction of the problem.Desired Settlement: We want the frayed blind replaced with a new one and installed at no cost to us.
