I took a Canada Goose Jacket to be dry cleaned at this establishment (Jon's Cleaners) and after a week of back and fourth they finally gave the jacket back with a massive stain on it. The employee that received the jacket confirmed that the stain in question was indeed not there when the jacket was brought to be cleaner, and that over the prior week they tried multiple times to undo their mistake, however, they were unable to remove their stains. After speaking with management multiple times over the phone and in person visits, they have not once offered a refund or to replace the ruined jacket. They took no responsibility in attempting to correct the situation or offering a way to correct the damages they caused.
