Santa Barbara Carpet Cleaning

Review: On April 6th, 2015, I had my carpets cleaned by: Santa Barbara Carpet Cleaning, owned by T[redacted], Tel: [redacted]. He did such a poor job, that he agreed to redo it on another day, especially since he had run out of his special carpet cleaning fluid. I paid him the $200, because I trusted that he would return to fix what was so badly done. We made an appointment for April 14 between 1 to 2 pm, which he cancelled. We made another appointment for 3 pm Wednesday 4/27, again he did not show. He then asked me to wait until June 1st, as his busy season was upon him. I called him June first, and we made an appointment for June 15ta 3 pm. Another appointment was made for July 2nd at 8:30 am, the time was chosen by him, but again he did not show, this time with the excuse that early in the morning was his busiest time, although he was the one who had picked the time. So we made an appointment for July 8, 4:15 pm. No show. Now he does not answer my calls.Desired Settlement: Frankly, I have spent so much time on this irresponsible person. I would rather get my money back than to have to continue to deal with him. Can you facilitate this? If not, what do you advise me to do? I am 92 years old, and would hate to have to go to court.

Review: I called you over and over to fulfill your promise to return to my home and re-clean where I had a coffee stain (you ran out of your cleaning fluid) and to re-vacuum all the carpets, as they were so badly done. We started this job April 6th – almost 4 months ago!!!

Yesterday I had Coleman Carpets here and the man in half an hour fixed where the coffee had spilled, and agreed how bad the other carpeting looked in view of recent cleaning.

I paid the man $125.00 for his spot cleaning, copy of check enclosed.Desired Settlement: I herewith ask you to reimburse me the $125.00. If I do not have your check by July 31st, I will go to Small Claims Court.
