Review: First and foremost, some of the instructors at SBBC are not qualified to teach there. For example, the pharmacy instructor, [redacted], has a degree in arts and media and was "grandfathered" in the pharmacy field. She is very discriminatory against this field. This instructor does not know the material very well and she mainly concentrates on how "horrible" the field is and how much "backstabbing" there is in the pharmaceutical field. She constantly insults past employers and co-workers and even her current employers. She also does not provide much homework and comes to the classroom unprepared. This instructor also does not cooperate with the college's rules and regulations as far as breaks go and is always on her cell phone during class time. Whenever the students (including, but not limited to myself) complain to the dean of the college ([redacted]), nothing happens. Also, this college has vending machines that often break down. We are not allowed to eat or drink in any of the classrooms, however we have no place other than an uncovered 'picnic' area. The restrooms there are constantly malfunctioning, unsanitary, and do not lock properly and there is no access for the handicapped to reach the second floor of the campus. I feel that I have wasted far too much money and time to attend this campus any longer.Desired Settlement: I realize I have paid up to now on time with payments towards this college. However, I feel that I should no longer pay the $31,000 dollars that is remaining for the program due to all of the problems that occur there without it going to collections or affect my credit.
