Review: The owner of this agency stole money secretly on the side for services that I already had paid.. I want my money back for the damages that he did for the last 4 yearsDesired Settlement: $1,200.00

We have been in business in the city of Santa Ana, for over 30 years ...

We did prepare his returns for the last four years and have had no complaints from

this client until two or three months ago regarding the charges on the preparation,

funding and direct deposit of his return.-

Apparently he was told we charge to much for our services, and wanted to get his

money back.-

I explain that those where the charges for the preparation of his return and the other

services that apply to each year preparation.-

This agency charges a fee at front for the information provided at time of interview, time

that was dedicated to comply with required IRS laws, copies of documents requires,

view and audit of all required documents, additional charges do apply if there is further

information or paperwork required, charges for the electronic filing , the preparation of

documents for rapid refund, deposit into bank account ( if applicable) and bank fees are

deducted from the clients return as we do not charge any additional fees if the client does

not qualify for this services.- ( rejected by the bank or the IRS) for reasons known to us

before the filing of the return.-

! have enclosed copies of all the paperwork and fee authorization signed by this client

with regards to charges made to prepare his return.-

There is no refund due to this client, he has signed all the required authorizations.-
