Review: Hello,I purchased monthly carwash from these guys on 12/08/2013SaleSANTA ANA EXPRESS CAR$19.95.After couple hours of purchase couple scratches on my car and called car wash place for cancellation and refund. They told me they can't cancel and refund on phone I need go over there. I said ok and drive 7 miles for it. When I arrived the manager is not here you can call him from his cell phone they said. Finally I reached manager explained he said he is going to make refund immediately I waited like 4 weeks and there is no refund after that I contact again he said there is a error on system and he is going to send me a check but I didn't get any check tho. Now I'm trying to contact again with manager but he never reply or answer my calls anymore. I never complaint for any company but this one is really different. I never see that kind of business before In United States.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my refund. I'm waiting almost 2 months for $19.95 refund.
