Review: they sold me a 2003 suburban that had a odemiter tampering on it and did not say anything to me about it. I was trying to trade in the suburban and no one will take the car because of that. now I am stuck with a car I cannot sell or trade in. I bought 3 years ago.Desired Settlement: take their car back and refund money for selling me something I cannot resell or trade. I should get most of my money back if possible.
Review: My contract ended in april but according to themi still owe so I guess I'm close to paying of my vehicle, but they keep raising my late fees to the point where it doubles the original amount owed. When I call to speak to the person in charge of financing so that he could explain the late fee %, they say he stepped out and he'll return my call. After a couple weeks after no call back, I call that person and he has another customer and while I wait on the phone, he steps out again. But by this time they inform me that my payoff amount is higher. Also I checked my credit score and to my surprise, it shows nothing of me paying this vehicle off. This dealership is not reporting the financing of this vehicle to the credit agency. Also I bought this car in Bellflower and when I tried dealing with that salesman, he informed me that the dealership will change names and I have to deal with Santa Ana Auto Center. Last I checked , the personnel still works there just under different names. That raised some flags but I was bound to my contract. I lost my contract so I can't verify how much I overpaid.Desired Settlement: $1200
