I e-mailed you a copy of my letter to Sant Automotive, did you receive it? After I sent it to Sant by US mail [redacted] tried to break into my e-mail thru your site(Have documentation) Unsuccessfully -- Prior to that unscrupulous action he gave my phone number to a phony "survey" company (His daughters phone number was on my caller ID!) that called me! The item they removed from the front seat was/is a folded sheep skin ! It has been there since I purchased the vehicle in It does not /did not affect air flowI have NEVER had a dog crate in front because of safety issuesThe crates are and always have been secured in the BACK of the vehicle! Sant Automotive has been under new management since earlier this year when [redacted] FOUNDER of Sant Automotive went to a dealership and [redacted] took over managementTotally different attitude and actual automotive knowledge! I do think they owe me a refund for poor workmanship , required several visits without any resolve and personally disrespecting a long time customer [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:They need to reimburse me the additional $158.00 it cost to get my AC actually working properly! I can send you a copy of the invoice from [redacted] if necessary. Sant was sloppy, rude and untruthful. Caused me a lot of discomfort !
