Review: The pharmacy at pueblo just changed management and I tried filling 3 prescriptions over the automated line on October 12, 2014. A week passed and noticed I hadn't received the prescriptions. I contacted them. They were holding the prescriptions because one of the prescriptions needed refills and they didn't follow up with the doctor. They said they mailed them out on 10/20/2014 and I have not received them yet yet was charged for the prescriptions. Additionally they have not followed up and I'm getting nowhere with them.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the prescriptions I ever received.
