Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was upfront at the start of the deal and told them the car had overmileageI spent hrs there negotiating with sales [redacted] and his manager who said ok we took care of the mileage factored it down to zeroThey also as mentioned did take care of the existing payments I was then hit with a surprise bill for Over mileage which is opposite to what I was told I want to have that bill handled by Sansone toyota Regards, [redacted]
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The information that was given to the Revdex.com was not accurate, when I went in to supposedly look at another vehicle because I had told them I no longer wanted the van do to all the problems that I had encountered I was told that they need to check and see what they could doThen they delayed just enough to come back to me and inform me that if I chose to change the vehicle they would have to appraise it and whatever the difference was they would apply to any other vehicle that I chooseThis is something that I heard only that day and afterwards was told that the most they could do was give me matts and this was the information given by the higher manager, that this was the most they could do for all the trouble that they had put me thru, in continuation they took two front matts from a model in display and put them in the van, continuing to let me know that this was the most that was agreed by the higher manager that they could no moreIn all that I was said nothing of what I had gone thru and the time in getting them to fix the issue was even looked atSeeing that no matter what they were just once again ignoring me and just kicking me out with a couple of matts for all that time and stress and that they were not going to do anything else but take it as a jokeI asked them if they could check how much it would cost me to put a starter and the possibility of a TV for my kidsThey told me that they would look into it and let me know, and all of a sudden they said that they would install the starter at their cost to make up for the headache they put me thru but to this day I haven't heard anythingI called and was told that they were ordering the part and that service would be in contact with me, this happened on the 17th of September and still nothingI don't appreciate how they do one thing and say anotherThe only thing they offered for all the problem they put me thru was a couple of matts nothing else the only reason they mention they starter is because I asked and they jumped right in to supposedly be nice after telling me that the most that the higher Manager would allow was the matts and nothing else and that what I was told of the exchange of this car was that I was going to be in even a higher debtThey never did what they said they would doIt seems that no matter what they lie to the Revdex.com and to the customer just to get them out right away and then forget the issueI don't want them to keep manipulating the situation and getting away with itWhat I asked for was never heard or even taken into consideration they were never going to help me get out of that damaged vehicle Regards, [redacted]
There was an error in the amount of the payoff estimated on the Customer’s trade in vehicle, which was explained to her Since the Consumer did not have the funds to cover the difference, the dealership lowered the agreed upon sale price of the vehicle, as a courtesy for her inconvenience The pay off was paid in full to [redacted] *** in the amount of $21,Tell us why here
[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me thank you very much for your help in this matter Regards, [redacted]
The dealership can't register the vehicle in New York State without proof of insurance, which the Customer has not sent That is what caused the delay in processing the motor vehicle However, if Mr [redacted] would like to register the vehicle himself, the dealership will send him the title Please note that he will have to pay sales tax at that time Once he provides the dealership with proof of registration, they will refund him the sales tax and motor vehicle fees (less the temp fee of $7.00).If he provides the dealership with proof of insurance, the dealership will register the vehicle for him He can send the proof of insurance to our Legal Department ###-###-#### and they will ensure that it gets to the motor vehicle department
The dealership is sending the attached letter to Transunion today

I am rejecting this response because: The statement by the dealer is untrue, the manager refused to give the title to me in person The dealership had the proof of insurance on the day I bought the car To this day they will still not send me the title for the car, even after the complaint was made

On March 20, the Consumer entered into a contract to purchase a Toyota Camry SE. The dealership personnel spent many hours answering Ms***' questions and she was very happy with her purchase. Sienna. At that time she had the opportunity to read and review all
the appropriate documents. She had a clear understanding of all the terms and conditions of the transaction, and accepted same by executing said documents This appears to be a situation of buyer’s remorse, which is not a cause of action in this forum
The dealership is very adamant that they never promised to pay the mile overage. They did, however, agree to pay the ten remaining lease payments in the amount of $4,223.68. That has been paid
A check is being sent to the customer today, resolving this matter
We are looking into the Customer's complaint and will respond in the next few days
Please be advised we responded to the Complaint this morning however I have since learned that the matter has been resolved and the dealership is processing the motor vehicle
A check was requested from the Accounting Department on April 19th. The customer should receive it this week

I am rejecting this response because: The information that was given to the Revdex.com was not accurate, when I went in to supposedly look at another vehicle because I had told them I no longer wanted the van do to all the problems that I had encountered I was told that they need to check and see what they could do. Then they delayed just enough to come back to me and inform me that if I chose to change the vehicle they would have to appraise it and whatever the difference was they would apply to any other vehicle that I choose. This is something that I heard only that day and afterwards was told that the most they could do was give me matts and this was the information given by the higher manager, that this was the most they could do for all the trouble that they had put me thru, in continuation they took two front matts from a model in display and put them in the van, continuing to let me know that this was the most that was agreed by the higher manager that they could no more. In all that I was said nothing of what I had gone thru and the time in getting them to fix the issue was even looked at. Seeing that no matter what they were just once again ignoring me and just kicking me out with a couple of matts for all that time and stress and that they were not going to do anything else but take it as a joke. I asked them if they could check how much it would cost me to put a starter and the possibility of a TV for my kids. They told me that they would look into it and let me know, and all of a sudden they said that they would install the starter at their cost to make up for the headache they put me thru but to this day I haven't heard anything. I called and was told that they were ordering the part and that service would be in contact with me, this happened on the 17th of September and still nothing. I don't appreciate how they do one thing and say another. The only thing they offered for all the problem they put me thru was a couple of matts nothing else the only reason they mention they starter is because I asked and they jumped right in to supposedly be nice after telling me that the most that the higher Manager would allow was the matts and nothing else and that what I was told of the exchange of this car was that I was going to be in even a higher debt. They never did what they said they would do. It seems that no matter what they lie to the Revdex.com and to the customer just to get them out right away and then forget the issue. I don't want them to keep manipulating the situation and getting away with it. What I asked for was never heard or even taken into consideration they were never going to help me get out of that damaged vehicle.

The Consumers were aware that negative equity in their lease was being applied to their new loan, as was explained to them by the Salesman and the F&I Manager of the dealership. Copies of the transactional paperwork clearly show an acceptance of the aforesaid terms and...
conditions.
I am advised by my managers that this matter has been resolved with our customer.
The Consumer, [redacted], left her vehicle at the dealership last week so an expert, Water Doctor, could check the vehicle for leaks and repair same. At that time [redacted] was given a loaner vehicle. Subsequently the leak was identified and repaired 100%. When [redacted]...
[redacted] picked up her car she was given a remote starter as a gesture of goodwill.?
When the Customers initially came into the dealership, they indicated they wanted the vehicle titled in two individuals’ names in New York. However, one of the individuals had a New Jersey driver’s license, requiring six points of proof to be submitted to New York, which was causing the delay...
in motor vehicle. They were also informed if they registered in both names, they would have to pay tax in both states. The Consumer just notified the dealership that they want the vehicle titled in only one name, using the individual with the New York license. Unfortunately, New York State takes 6-8 weeks to process a title, however the Customer should have the registration by Monday.
