Sansom Pressure Cleaning

Owner assured me my plants and srubs would be safe during pressure wash.of cage and roofAll my plants are burnt and dead
Monday 12/*** *** came to my home for an estimateAt this time I said I was ver concerned about my plants and bushes how do you protect themShe claimed she uses special chemicals that were safe and and would hose down while cleaning to avoid any problems even for those in pots
Wednesday 12/she and one employee came to do the job Yes the area is clean, however shortly after my plants started to lose all their leavesOne week later ofmy ft bushes were completely burnt, dead I contacted owner via email and text with pictures of the dead plants and she made light of it, blamed me, sayingmy sprinklers were not strong enough, they will grow back
I contacted my Gardner who has never seen such destruction from power washing and said they are dead and need to be replacedIf any are salvageable it could take a year or more to maybe grow ba

Excellent Service. This company has always gone beyond what is expected and does so with expertise and caring. I have them for my pool service and also have used them to reseal my driveway.
