Review: Sansbury provided my elderly mother with her medical equipment and supplies, until she passed away, in August 2013. I contacted them via phone regarding a refund of unused or unopened supplies. They told me what would be accepted, so in October, 2013 I shipped supplies to their Staten Island address. As of today, March 2014, I have not received any refund.

All confirmations were over the phone. They said they did receive the supplies in the mail, but did not know who sent them. We sorted that issue out, but no check. When I called next, they said they could not issue a check to my mother, since she was passed. So we agreed they could make it out to me and send it to my mother's address. When I called next, they said they said they did mail it out. I waited another month, and then called again, and changed the mailing address thinking that was the problem. They agreed to cancel and cut a new check if it did not arrive shortly. So I contacted them via email, asking them to please reissue and re-send the new check. Still no check.Desired Settlement: I would like an itemized confirmation letter regarding the merchandise they received.

I would like to know the full amount of the refund they promised I would receive.

I would like the refund in a check, made out to me and mailed to [redacted].
