I have reviewed the response provided by *** ***, principal owner of Sano Creative Design LLC As of 1/14/the refund I requested via email back in early December has not been acknowledged Additionally, I have sent a subsequent request for money via PayPal's internal interface and followed it up with multiple reminders every few weeks I have confirmed there is a PayPal account in the name of *** *** attached to *** (the address to which I sent a payment request (which would have had processing fees deducted, a loss I was willing to eat) via PayPal's internal interface As of the time of this email being sent, zero dollars have been refunded in this matter Please see the supporting screenshots below confirming no refund has been posted as well as a snapshot of the growing number of frustrated customers who are increasingly becoming vocal These documents contradict Mr***'s words "is receiving a refund" implies present tense It is not a lengthy process to facilitate a payment via PayPal, and even less time consuming when you consider that I've already initiated the process from my end There are, at most, half a dozen keystrokes and mouse clicks separating "has not received any refund" and "has received a full refund" I would like to make the past tense case statement the truthful statement of fact Presently, the inverse holds true Mr***'s statement "as is, this issue is now resolved." is a lie Mr*** is lying through his teeth at every turn Yes, this upsets me Thank you for your time and attention to resolving this matter

this particular customer is receiving a refund even though his order was delayed due to manufacturing related issues, which we discussed with him and other supporting customers. As is, this issue is now resolved. Thanks so much, any questions feel free to reach out.
