Review: ON 10/23/2013, MY CREDIT CARD WAS STOLEN ALONG WITH MY WALLET (this wallet did not hold any identification cards). A signature purchase was made at this location, I then called the store and made them aware of this illegal purchase which was done WITHOUT identification, so I asked the worker if they ask for ID when people are using this type of purchase and he his response was, 'sometimes yes and sometimes no' depending on our familiarity with the customer.' So I then asked well if you are familiar with the person, then you should know their name and if that be the case you should have known that the customer who used my card was not the person indicated on this credit card. He then responded and said 'you should not be talking with me you should be talking with your bank', I responded that 'my bank is not the one who used my credit without following the proper procedure, you are the ones who did this, and if you would have followed a proper procedure we wouldn't be having this conversation.
