*** [redacted] [redacted] Regarding this matter of the customer complaint..this customer was treated with the utmost respect a number of times as he was asked to please stay out of the service area and there are signs posted stating such..his tire was replaced a number of times not because of the tires but because his rim was bent...also he had become very nasty to us , spitting on the floor in the office area...we give a day warranty on tires....out of courtisy to him we replaced his tire even though it was the rim that was bentMy cell phone number in plain sight on the front door of businessAnd on the sign next to road As far as stealing tires that is a blantant lieas I do not and never have stole any tires....and am in the process of having this statement brought to attention of the court for slander of my business Thank you Marty g [redacted] ###-###-#### See Attached: Business enclosed pictures
