This company sucks!!!! They need to learn how to check and respond to their emails and phone messages! The employees are not efficient at allWhen you call the company, they give you the run around even when it involves them receiving their own moneyHow do you do business like this? We have to call multiple times for months in order to receive invoices, quotes for services, or request garbage collection which causes delay on our end and garbage pile upI never heard of a company that doesn't want to get paid for their servicesThey are very unorganized and tell you what you want to hear just to get you off the phoneEvery time we ask for the owner, they redirect the call or decline to give us the informationThat's a sign that they are not handling business properlyThe service they TRY to provide is horrible! They all need to take classes on how to provide efficient customer service as well as how to run a business because they have no clueHopefully one day the owner, will get a whiff of how this company is being ran and clean house cause with the customer service they're providing, they won't be in business much longer
