Never delivered the product and every time I emailed them they responded with the same email that the product will be shipped out that week but of course it never was

Same complaint here - I ordered masks and sanitizing hand wipes and nothing happened for over 2 weeks. At one point their web contact form and email addresses were no good. Finally an email got thought and someone replied that What I ordered were sold put but my order would be fulfilled hopefully in one week. Well I have already disputed the charges with my credit card company, regardless whether anything would be shipped next week or not.

I would give this company a zero star if it was an option. I placed an order on May 5th and still have not received any information about shipping. I have tried several times to contact them through the email and contact info provided and it is an invalid address. My money was quickly taken from my bank account. I am very dissatisfied and upset. I need these items for my family, and was foolish for trusting them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I will be filing an official complaint with the Revdex.com.

This company appears to be scamming people. I placed an order on 4/5 and was told due to high volume it would ship on 4/26. It is now 5/16 with no products or shipment confirmation. I've emailed multiple times to no response. I found their only social media (Instagram) and found dozens of messages from people with similar complaints. I messaged them on Instagram and suddenly my order could ship out immediately? They also deleted the post with the complaints and turned off commenting on their Instagram. Shame on me for not doing better research. I'll be filing a claim with my credit card company.
