complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
SaniMax stated that "somehow" the frequency of their visits changed in their computersIt was exactly this mistake and oversight by SaniMax that caused the flooding in the first placeThey also stated that the septage material pointed to other infrastructure problemsThese problems were caused by SaniMax's inability to come at their scheduled timeTheir negligence caused the flood which led to the problems with our infrastructureThat is why we believe they are responsible for the cost of fixing and cleaning up the aforementioned flood/sewage and repairing what they refer to as our "infrastructure."

Unfortunately we do not know why the service frequency was changed on the account, however as previously indicated, this was not the cause of the issues this establishment is having.  There are other core infrastructure issues that need repair at that site which have caused the issue. Thanks[redacted]

Review: Sanimax removed 800gal of reusable fryer oil from [redacted], Green Bay, Wi before I sold the business and have never given a check for the oil. The business was sold on August 24th, 2015. I have repeatedly called and left messages to local and national offices. I have finally sent a letter on all contact information. I have not had any contact back.Desired Settlement: Payment of what is owed to me, it must be addressed to me personally since the business accounts have been closed.
